We extend our heartfelt thanks to the following sponsors for their generous support of our projects, which allow us to enhance and promote our charming medieval town.

Flower troughs and fountains

We love lots of flowers in the centre of our town to make it cheerful for residents as well as welcoming for visitors.

Every year, each spring and autumn, we raise money to refresh the planting of the flower displays around the town centre.

Currently these local businesses are helping us to make a positive impact by sponsoring the planting of one or more the floral displays on the Market Square and in the High Street, Higham Ferrers.

Who cares for the troughs and fountains?

We replant them twice a year and maintain throughout the year. The Higham Ferrers Town Council kindly water them twice weekly.

The Carriage House

A dog-friendly pub with two levels. On the ground floor two bars - a small snug at the front and a large bar at the rear. Plus two bar areas on the first floor all of which offer an amazing food and drink experience with deals throughout the week.

Offers Sky Sports, TNT Sports, live music and other entertainment on a regular basis. Above all a warm and friendly welcome!

The Swivel Club

The main way the club raises money is by holding a host of events at the recently refurbished, fully air conditioned Higham Ferrers Working Mans Club.

Our events have included the likes of ‍ShowWaddy Waddy, Marty Wilde, The Searchers, MUD, The Fortunes, The Dreamers & The Temple Brothers as well as a host of international tribute acts and our very popular comedy nights have brought the likes of Stan Boardman.

We are a registered charity and we do need your donations just as much as the money we raise ourselves, so please be generous and donate to the charity that gives back to our local community.

Sensory Garden at the Duchy Barn Garden

The various sponsors – and members of Higham Ferrers Tourism – and the Mayor Gary Salmon, at the opening of the new sensory space at the Duchy Barn Garden.

In 2025 Higham Ferrers Tourism, aided by the following generous donors, developed a sensory space featuring colourful and perfumed flowers and rustling grasses that can be touched.
